Janos Friss has Master Degree in International Trade from the University of Economics of Budapest. He spent 58 years in various jobs, including diplomatic positions. His professional career always related to business development, trade promotion and sales. Out of these printing-related activities covered 35 years. Janos started with the Jura Group, his present employer, in 2000, as one of the three Jura regional sales directors until 2010.

Since 2010 he is the global sales director for Jura’s Travel Document Business Unit, promoting patented security applications for photo-carrying travel documents.

Ian Cartledge is a seasoned executive leader with over 30 years of industry consulting experience delivering complex digital transformation journeys with a special focus on the public sector. He has served as a trusted advisor on numerous large-scale public-private partnerships, applying his deep understanding of market drivers and cross-sector innovation to optimize organizational efficiency and profitability. Robert Bach brings more than 25 years of experience in the chip card IC and semiconductor industry, where he has developed a deep understanding of the complex technologies and market trends that shape this field. After completing his university studies with a degree in industrial engineering and management at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, he joined the Chip Card & Security IC group of Siemens AG, Germany, in 1996. At Siemens, and subsequently at Infineon Technologies AG, Mr. Bach held various marketing and strategic marketing positions. Currently, he is responsible for semiconductor product marketing in the Product Line 'Identity Solutions' within the Connected Secure Systems (CSS) division at Infineon.

With over 10 years of experience in Biometrics and the Identity Management industry in general, Tomas has in-depth knowledge in delivering ABIS and other biometric technologies for Identity Management and eKYC-related projects, in both the Public and Private sectors.

Mohamed is Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of AUSTRIACARD HOLDING AG, and is responsible for all technology solutions of the Group, including the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with the overall business objectives in close collaboration with the commercial teams.

Antonello Mincone has 20 years of experience with biometric software technologies and with the identity industry. He is currently serving as Business Development Director for Neurotechnology and he has supervised the deployment of the company technology for several large scale projects worldwide, including the ABIS for the AADHAAR system in India. Nowadays he also covers the role of product manager for company biometric solutions for smart cards, mobile and web. In the past Antonello has also developed for the company fingerprint matching algorithms for AFIS large-scale systems and for smart microcontrollers, and he has academic experience with iris recognition algorithms as well.

In her current role, she plays a defining role in introducing their AI-powered cybersecurity solutions- specialising in insider threat prevention, DLP, and UEBA software- to new markets. Previously, she excelled as a Program Lead at a FinTech company, successfully managing projects that integrated financial services with advanced technology.

Claudio Kavrecic joined Frontex in July 2007 and worked in the Operations Division of Frontex as Head of Air Border Sector, leading external border operations the EU airports until January 2018. Since, he started the Centre of Excellence for Combatting Document Fraud, moving recently to his new role in Frontex. He participates regularly in ICAO, European Commission and INTERPOL meetings related to document and identity fraud. Prior to joining Frontex, he served as Chief of Operations of the Italian Polizia di Stato, leading 200 officers at the Venice border police. His background encompasses police and frontier control, incorporating integrated border management, transnational-criminal investigations, counterterrorism, asylum/refugee management, and international cooperation. He holds a master degree in Political Science/Public Admin (University of Trieste), a post-graduate training at the Police Academy (Rome), and an Executive MBA (Universities of Québec at Montreal - UQAM/Warsaw School of Economics - SGH).

Olga Arnese-Vessere is a former oficer of the Stae Border Guard of the Republic of Latvia. She retired in 2022 with a major rank and 22 years of experience in document control. The key specialization of Olga Arnese-Vessere within the services was forensic document technical examination and person identification (fingerprints and face comparisons). Olga Arnese-Vessere engaged in multiple Visa Liberalisation Dialogues of the European Union concerning document security and assisted with initiatives executed under the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument of the European Commission. In 2015, Ms. Olga Arnese-Vessere chaired the Frontiers/False Document Working Party of the Council of the European Union. In February 2018, Olga Arnese-Vessere joined the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex). Projects in the Centre of Excellence for Combatting Document Fraud, and later in 2024 promoted to Head of Sector Centre of Excellence for Combatting Document Fraud. In addition to the specialised education, Olga Arnese-Vessere holds a master's degree in human resource management and a European joint master's in strategic border management.

Mr. Rein Süld is the Program Manager for the Information Technology and Development Centre at the Estonian Ministry of the Interior (SMIT) where he is responsible for biometrics and document verification.

Tomasz Morawik is experienced Business Development Manager with his main focus on microprocessors dedicated for Government Identification Documents as IDs and Passports, and Smart City solutions. 30 years of expertise in companies from semiconductors, and cyber security area, last 11 years in NXP Semiconductors as BDM responsible for Nordics, Baltics, and Central European countries. Tomasz is graduated Master Degree on Cracovian AGH University Science and Technology.
