Events
During the events organized by us in venues where photos are taken and videos recorded, the images of the event participants and visitors may be processed, keeping them in our archives and placing them on our website, our administrated social network profiles, and other informative materials.
Our legitimate interest is to present our organized events in the mass media and social networks, thus ensuring the recognizability of our scheduled events and brand.
When choosing information for publishing, we always apply the highest standards. We always try to ensure that these publications do not affect your rights. To provide honest data processing, we do not forbid anybody from contacting us at any time for you to be able to object to the relevant data processing.
Personal data is collected to manage registrations, event participation, and invoicing - Name, Surname, E-mail address, Phone number, Company Name, Position, and VAT number. To ensure fulfillment of the contract, for accounting and client administration purposes, and for exercising our legitimate interests. All event participants complete registration forms and are registered in the Media Expo Alliance database. We use the contact details of its database to inform business contacts of the event they registered for, as well as upcoming events.

Personal data may appear on paper documents, including business cards, stored in Media Expo Alliance office and accessable only to Media Expo Alliance employees.

Events
Personal data collected during the registration to Media Expo Alliance organized events is stored in our database.It is used to inform contacts about current and future events of interest. The following information will appear on participants’ lists: name, company and country. We may communicate the data collected for event promotion. By participating in the event you agree to photo and or video of you to be taken and communicated.

You have the right to be informed of any personal data regarding yourself being processed by us, and to request to rectify or erase any incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant data.

VISA, MasterCard, Maestro payment cards
When making a prepayment, you can use debit and credit cards VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, if you have activated the option for secure online purchases. It is possible to activate it in your internet bank. As soon as the cardholder's information, card number, validity period and CVV are filled in, the order amount will be deducted from your card account.
Bank transfer
The bank transfer can be made to the bank account specified in the prepayment invoice. When making a payment, please enter your order number in the explanation field to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible.
